Terms of Sale

1. Products and services
AstraMind sells two categories of offerings: (a) digital products (the "Starter" resource library, including PDFs, PPT/PPTX files and downloadable frameworks) and (b) coaching services (the "Growth" and "Custom" programs, delivered through scheduled sessions and asynchronous support). Each offering is described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed in US dollars on the pricing page. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your billing location. AstraMind may update prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
3. Payment terms
All payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorize the charge and confirm you are legally entitled to use the payment method. Access is provisioned only after Stripe confirms a successful payment through our verified webhook.
4. Immediate access to digital content
The Starter program is a digital product delivered immediately upon successful payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content once delivery has begun.
5. No-refund policy
All sales are final. AstraMind operates a strict no-refund policy on every product and service, including Starter, Growth and Custom. Once payment is confirmed and access is provisioned, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds or credits, regardless of usage. Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access and recovery action.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information, keeping your account credentials confidential, using the materials for your own business only, and complying with applicable laws when applying the guidance we provide.
7. Intellectual property
All program content, templates, frameworks, prompts, recordings and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of AstraMind. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share them in any form.
8. Results disclaimer
AstraMind provides education, coaching and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, audience growth or client acquisition. Results depend on your execution, market conditions and factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraMind's total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific purchase. AstraMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
10. Suspension and termination
AstraMind may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abusive behavior, chargebacks or fraudulent activity, without refund and without prejudice to any other remedy.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AstraMind is established. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. [Governing law placeholder.
