1. Agreement

By purchasing an AstraMind program (Starter, Growth, or Custom) or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.

2. Programs & Access

Starter includes lifetime access to the digital resources listed on the pricing page. Growth and Custom include coaching engagements as scoped at purchase or in your onboarding materials.

3. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. AstraMind operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is completed and access is provisioned, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits, regardless of usage. This includes but is not limited to Starter, Growth, and Custom purchases. Payment disputes and chargebacks may result in immediate loss of access and possible legal action.

4. Content & IP

All program content, templates, frameworks, and materials remain the intellectual property of AstraMind. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the materials.

5. Results Disclaimer

AstraMind provides education and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, follower counts, or lead volumes. Your results depend on execution, market, and other factors outside our control.

6. Liability

AstraMind's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
