Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7/12/2026. This document is a production-ready template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication in regulated markets.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the checkout flow and measure how the site is used. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are covered by this policy.

2. Essential cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to run the website, keep you signed in to the member area, secure the Stripe checkout, and prevent fraud. These cannot be disabled because the site does not work without them.

3. Analytics cookies

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic, popular pages and conversion performance. These cookies do not identify you personally and are used only to improve the product and content.

4. Marketing cookies (future)

AstraMind does not currently run advertising or retargeting cookies. If we introduce marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your prior consent through a cookie banner.

5. Third-party cookies

Some pages rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies, including Stripe (payments) and Calendly (booking). These providers manage their cookies under their own privacy and cookie policies.

6. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the member area and checkout from working. When a consent banner is available, you can change your choices at any time from that banner.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the site, our tools or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the policy was last changed.
